By gentle cold pressing, the golden yellow linseed oil is extracted from the seeds of the flax plant. The unique nutrients and vitamins of the oil are preserved through this gentle process. Linseed oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids with a content of about 55% and thus exceeds all other foods, including sea fish, many times over!
